- Your coffee will be fresh roasted-to-order after you place your order, usually the next day. It typically takes 48 - 72 hours to roast and ship coffee orders. Shipping times for orders that do not include coffee are commonly 24 - 48 hours. Shipping dates may be impacted by weekends and holidays. Orders are sent via UPS, Fed-Ex or USPS. Depending on your location, shipping times range from 1 to 10 days. UPS and Fed-Ex Expedited Delivery may be available for an additional surcharge. If you would like to choose one of these shipping options, please specify your preferred shipping method at time of checkout, and your shipping cost will be adjusted. Currently, we do not ship internationally.

- Returns & Replacements
- If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your order, jAVERDE will gladly exchange it or replace it within the first 30 days from the ship date, so please notify jAVERDE right away! We are unable to accept returns after 30 days from the ship date. On any individual product purchases that are returned, you will receive a credit for the full price that you paid for the product, and you will only incur the shipping cost, which would not be refunded. This 30-day return policy applies to all orders with the exception of promotional offers, for Club Verde or other club and non-club products with which a gift item/premium is included at an introductory promotional price. On any order that is returned, you will receive a merchandise credit (up to $25), which you may apply toward the purchase of any jAVERDE product or merchandise for yourself or others. For returns valued at more than $25, you will receive a $25 jAVERDE merchandise credit for the first $25 of the return amount, and the balance of the return value will be credited directly to your credit card.
- For the return of items that are either broken, defective, incorrect, or missing, jAVERDE will re-ship at no charge to customers.
- For Club Verde and other Club promotional offers that include a special price and introductory premium, where the obligation/additional purchase required as part of the introductory offer (e.g., 1 or 2 additional 4-bag equivalent purchases) is met, no cancellation fee is incurred. For Club members who notify jAVERDE to cancel prior to meeting their required additional purchases, a cancellation fee of $25 for each obligation order cancelled will be incurred.
- Credits
- Once we start roasting your order all credits must be given as store credits. We are unable to issue a credit back to your credit card. Store credits are valid for 90 days from date of issuance.

- Along with your deliveries, you may receive special offers, promotions, tips, and seasonal catalogs from jAVERDE. All offers are subject to expiration and availability. All prices are subject to change at any time at the discretion of jAVERDE.
